This is a full-time position reports directly into the General Manager and is responsible for creating an engaging environment for our members through the delivery of our exclusive fitness products such as MOVE, Personal Training and our Group Training schedule

Responsibility�
Represent Everlast Gyms as an ambassador for fitnessDemonstrate our elevated ways of working alwaysLead national focuses & incentives like #WORKOUTWEDNESDAY & in-gym challenges / eventsAdvocate for our member onboarding program, MOVE. Leading by example in this area and supporting, and training the wider team to improve confidence and deliveryRecruit, train & develop Fitness Coaches & Personal TrainersOwnership of group training timetables, monitoring performance, and optimising to grow engagement while delivering within budget and delivery of your own on shift classesBig focus on driving new member sales and retaining existing members to grow live member movementSupporting the wider team by driving all revenue lines from membership sales to product & secondary, to drive profitabilityLead by example on reception and the gym floor in this member facing role designed to enhance every visitWilling and able to deliver honest, constructive feedback regularly to support all team members in achieving their potential and challenging them on a daily basisSupport the General Manager and wider team with any operational tasks necessary to ensure the business operates correctly, including Health & Safety, Facilities, Maintenance, Recruitment, and various others like seal checker, kronos and branch scheduler etc.Be resilient and agile to react to challenging situations and find solutionsDeliver consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times whenever in the gymOverall accountability for equipment care, basic maintenance & logging issues through ARMs swiftly & to a high standardActively engaging with our Fitness Development Managers & the wider fitness manager networkQualifications
Need to have
Passion for health, fitness and wellnessLevel 3 fitness qualification or CIMSPA 'Practioner' level equivalentStrong leadership qualitiesExperienced delivery of a variety of group training modalitiesKnowledge of rising fitness trends within the industryAdaptability in communication and management style to motivate and inspire the teamA positive, solutions driven mindset in the face of adversityA member champion mentality with exceptional interpersonal skillsDriven and ambitious with a keen desire to learn and develop both behaviours and competencies specific to the roleFlexibility in working hours and location to support the needs of the business including weekends and Bank Holidays when requiredAdditional Information
